The Dogwood Room is located in the main house. This room offers a queen size iron bed and private bath. It also has an added feature of French doors which lead to the upper piazza to enjoy the afternoon breezes. A full breakfast is included. Rate $150 per night based on single or double occupancy plus 4% tax.


The Magnolia Suite is located in the main house. This room offers a queen size four posted rice bed with an operating fireplace, large screen television, sitting room with piazza access and bath with whirlpool tub. A full breakfast is included each morning. Rate $205 per night based on single or double occupancy plus 4% tax.

The Jasmine Carriage House is located just to rear of the main house. This upper carriage house offers complete privacy. It has a private entrance, private piazza, small, but fully equipped kitchen, living room with queen sleeper sofa and bedroom with a queen size iron bed. A private bath completes this suite. A continental breakfast in-room is included. This consists of a fresh fruit platter, fresh muffins or cakes, milk and orange juice provided with coffee and tea. Rate $160 per night based on single or double occupancy plus 4% tax. Add $25 for each additional person.

The Waterlily Carriage House is located just to the rear of the main house, the lower carriage house offers complete privacy. It has a private entrance, private piazza, small but fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom with a queen-size iron bed. A private bath completes this suite. A continental breakfast in room is included. This consists of a fresh fruit platter, fresh muffins or cakes, milk and orange juice provided with coffee and tea. Rate $160 per night based on single or double occupancy plus 4% tax.

The Oleander Kitchen House is located on the lower level of the main house. This room offers a private entrance as well as private piazza. Enter into a living room with queen sleeper sofa, with original kitchen house fireplace, kitchen, bedroom with a queen sleigh bed and private bath. A continental breakfast in-room is included. This consists of a fresh fruit platter, fresh muffins or cakes, milk and orange juice provided with coffee and tea. Rate $185 per night based on single or double occupancy plus 4% tax. Add $25 for each additional person.
